Effective date: 13 September 2026 1. Data controller DoloLabs Co., Ltd. processes the personal data needed to operate ArcRouter and ARC STUDIO. Requests to access, correct or delete your personal data, to suspend its processing, or to withdraw consent can be sent to lahi@doloplanet.com. 2. What we process and why Sign-up and sign-in: email address, account identifier, and any name or profile you provide, used to create and authenticate your account. Payment and refunds: payer name, email address and phone number, order number, payment method, and payment and refund records, used to confirm payment and to provide customer support. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers; the payment company handles them. Service delivery: prompts, uploaded files, generated output, projects and their visibility settings, and API usage and error records, used to process requests, deliver results, bill usage and respond to incidents. Security and operations: access IP address, browser and device information, authentication cookies and access logs, used for authentication and to prevent abuse. 3. Retention and destruction Information that is no longer needed is deleted once its purpose has been met or when you close your account. Records we are required by law to keep, such as those concerning payment, contracts and disputes, are stored separately for the applicable period and then destroyed. Customer support can tell you what must be kept and for how long. 4. Processors and external AI services We use service providers for authentication and data storage, for hosting and file storage, and for payment processing. Payments are processed through PortOne and the relevant payment gateway or PayPal. The prompts, reference files and other material needed to obtain a response are sent to the provider of the AI model you select. Please check that provider's terms before entering personal or confidential information. 5. Processing outside Korea and public information Your data may be processed outside Korea when overseas infrastructure or an overseas AI model is used. Transfers that require separate notice or consent by law follow that procedure. Works and profiles you publish are visible to other users, so please check the visibility setting before posting. 6. Your rights and our safeguards We handle requests about personal data after verifying your identity, and explain the reason where a request is limited by a legal duty to retain records or similar. Our safeguards include restricted access permissions and the management of authentication and secret keys. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent you from signing in. Material changes to this policy are announced in the service. 7.
