Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 September 2026 1. Service and provider The ArcRouter console and ARC STUDIO are AI model API and content generation services provided by DoloLabs Co., Ltd. These terms and the Payment and Refund Policy apply to both services. 2. Accounts and use You must provide accurate account information and keep your account and API keys secure. Misusing another person's account, interfering with the service, and posting illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others are prohibited. Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before making paid use of the service. 3. Credits and pricing You top up prepaid credits denominated in Korean won and spend them at the rate posted for each model. One credit corresponds to KRW 0.08, and ArcRouter and Arc Studio draw on the same balance. We do not currently sell monthly or annual subscriptions. Automatic top-up runs only where you have separately agreed to it and set it up, and you can stop it in settings. 4. Payment and refunds You top up by card, by bank transfer, or, where offered, by PayPal. The credits to be added, VAT of 10%, a payment processing fee of 3.5% and a platform fee of 5.5% are each shown and charged as one total. The scope, fees and handling of refunds for unused paid credits follow the Payment and Refund Policy. An existing order is governed by the conditions that applied when it was paid. Rights of withdrawal and refund guaranteed by law are not restricted. 5. Input and generated output You must hold the lawful right to use the material you submit. Generated output may be inaccurate or similar to other output, and needs to be checked before use. For commercial and similar use, you must also check the licence of the model concerned and the rights of third parties. Content you post through public features is visible to other users. 6. Changes to the service and liability The service may be restricted for maintenance, during incidents, or to address abuse. Material changes to pricing or to these terms are announced in advance through service notices and similar channels. We do not grant ourselves a blanket exemption from liability arising from our own fault or imposed by law, and disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 7.
